Saying it out loud is how Scripture actually sticks, so that's the heart of the app. Each word lights up as you say it. You can pause as long as you want. If you say the wrong word, you'll see it.

It knows when you'd forget
Hid schedules reviews with spaced repetition. Each passage comes back right before you'd forget it, and the timing adjusts every time you review.
Every passage shows its memory health, so you know what's solid and what's slipping.
Reviews count. Practice doesn't.
A review is a test. You recall the passage without help, grade yourself, and that sets when you'll see it next. Practice is separate: run through anything you're learning, in any mode, and your schedule doesn't move.
Hints are there while you learn, but they never count as knowing it.
Made to be read slowly
Scripture is set in a serif on warm paper, and the text stays hidden until you tap. You can't accidentally peek at a verse you're supposed to know. Everything stays on your device and syncs through iCloud.
